My wife wants me to start a low-fat diet. Do you think it will be hard?http://www.healthmad.com/Weight-Loss/The… According to everyone im eating too low of calories. So what does everyone suggest that i do? Does anyone have a diet plan for me to follow? And not like weight watchers or anything i have to pay for. Just some lists of things i should eat for lunch, dinner etc. Also an exercize plan would be great too! Im 16 and 6′0, 175-180 pounds. best answer will be given. Thanks! im going on a low carb diet plan for 2 weeks. if i eat one serving hi to all I already avoid all foods with white sugar, white flour, and trans fats. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic. Im allergic to 21 yrs female my waist is 35 inch and my body weight is 132 lbs, i just want to lose my stomach fat , nowhere else..plz frnds giv ur suggestions of full day diet plan …i’ll b really thankfull to u if u give. I really wanna lose weight and not eating isn’t helping so I’m gonna try eating healthily and exercising more and hopefully that will be successful but I don’t have a clue what to eat and when to exercise n stuff so if anyone has any ideas or healthy diet plan to lose weight could you possibly tell me please? I would like a plan for a low-carb vegetarian diet. I do not eat fish or fowl. I do eat eggs and cheese. Does anyone have an actual diet plan with the meals laid out? |
