I’m A Skinny Guy. Can Anyone Give Me A Detailled Set Weekly Eating/diet Plan For Increasing My Mass?
I am aware that it would be preferable to work out in conjunction with eating to gain mass but let’s say I don’t have enough time to devote myself to the gym but am able to get into a routine to force my body to take in more calories. I’m not lazy, I just want a proven eating plan that I can use to consume more than the average daily calorie intake.
Eat peanuts often and ice cream daily plus drink beer in the evenings.
If your goal is to gain muscle mass, then you will need to pump some irons or participate in more physical activities. You have to work your muscles in order to build it up. Simply eating a lot of protein is not going to increase your mass. In fact, if you eat a lot of it, and you don’t use up the calories that you take in, it’ll simply be stored in your body as fat.
You’ll find that your metabolism will slow down as you get older, which will mean that you won’t be able to burn off calories as easily. Keep yourself in shape right now, and you won’t have to work as hard to stay lean when you’re older. I know a friend of mine who was skinny when he was younger, and now he has a big gut!
ime skinny as well, theres no foods on the market where you can gain weight fast, its mostly low calorie and diet food.so i dont bother anymore.
Seek advise from some of those great big fat lardass women, they seem to be able to achieve what you want to achieve with ease.
Stick to a high protein diet, eat 5-6 meals a day and take protein shakes and work out using heavy weights thats the only way you gonna put on weight !
Dont bother bulking up. Be one of those gorgeous lean machines.Exercise but just for tone and tightness.
BIG MAC
I’m skinny one as well as you but I don’t mind. I’ve tried a different eating plans and saw none has worked so I’ve decided not to bother with it. I think you shouldn’t as well. Actually, I realised that being skinny might be an advantage sometimes.
eat a lot
