Is There A Website That Gives A Diet Plan For A Low Carb Diet?

I would like to start a low carb diet to jump start my weight loss. It is not reasonable for me to stick to this for the long run but to jump start before I join weight watchers would be great.

There’s lots of great websites out there, but low carb eating is fairly simple depending on which one you’re looking for. Here’s a few sites that I really like that have great info:

Jason says some truths and some mistruths in his answer. he is correct when he says people gain their weight back after low carbing because they never change their habits BUT that is true with ANY method of dieting. Period. The point I would counter is he says your workouts fail. Lifting weights low volume will not fail while on low carbs. HIGH volume will. Low intensity cardio will not. HIGH intensity interval training cardio will.
Low carb (Even KETOGENIC) diets are more than a fad. They put our body in the best position to use stored bodyfat as fuel. All I buy is eggs, chicken, tuna, talapia, salmon, steak, whey protein powder…almonds, cashews, extra virgin olive oil, all natural peanut butter and green veggies. Sounds like regular food to me. No special gimmicky frankenstein foods to buy.
Carbs are NOT essential to the human diet. Protein is. Fats are.
No doctor can ever name you ONE essential carbohydrate because NONE exist. But they can name you multiple essential amino acids (protein) and essential fatty acids (fats). IF our body needs glucose, it will create it from our muscle and slightly from our stored fats! Through a process called “gluconeogenesis”.
I can’t recommend exactly what to eat without knowing your current bodyweight.

Do a normal diet with exercise. Everyone suggests this because it is the easiest. Low carb diets work initially because most people are are sedentary, but the weight comes back due to the fact that their habits never changed. Carbohydrates replenish glycogen stores, which when gone unused, turns into fat. That’s simple enough, don’t NOT use the glycogen stores (IE AEROBIC ACTIVITY). If you couple a low carb diet with exercise, you will notice that your workouts fail and you are extremely tired.
Protip: Low carb diets are a fad and meant to make you buy buy buy
edit: i’m sorry i did not read that you would be switching to weight watchers. I’m going to keep my post up though… for google indexing :P

I have tried out every diet under the sun but nothing worked as well as acai berry. I understand they say that pills will not work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they’ve been showcased on CNN too. There’s a free trial going on at the moment at http://papapn.neonpolis.com , why not try it, why not?
