Hi. If you want to lose weight you should not go on a diet, because all diets are short term illusions.
Eat every 3-4 hours, but maximum 300 kcal. If you dont know how much that is then as much healthy food as it fits in the palm of your hand.
This would result in a higher metabolism = more calories burned by your body.
Do exercise – be active. At least 60 minutes of any activity where your heart rate goes up to “hard to talk but still can”.
To monitor yourself: you should always feel light. If you feel heavy it means you overate, so adjust the eating. After some days you will know how much is a lot and little.
