What Is A Full Day Diet Plan For Losing Belly Fat?

21 yrs female my waist is 35 inch and my body weight is 132 lbs, i just want to lose my stomach fat , nowhere else..plz frnds giv ur suggestions of full day diet plan …i’ll b really thankfull to u if u give.

    You can’t pick and choose were you would like to lose fat. You have to be healthy overrall if you want to lose weight around your middle.
    Do cardio 3-5 times per week, for one hour.
    Weight train 3-5 times per week for thirty minutes.
    (Preferably inbetween bursts of hard cardio…. Try taking a cardio class at your local gym. Or get a home video you can follow along too. Or go outside with some hand weights.)
    Stretch before and after your workout.
    You can do situps every other day, which will build muscle.. and if you do cardio, you will start to lose fat around your middle (and other areas.. I know you said you don’t want this, but it’s inevitable) and a strong stomach will begin to show.
    As far as food and dieting:
    Like I said, there is no spot treatment diet. And dieting itself is really unhealthy; you will only gain the weight back and then some. And dieting will make you lose weight all over, just like working out, and I know you said you don’t want this , but like I said before, it’s inevitable.
    Instead of dieting, try changing your lifestyle.
    Drink lots of water.
    And slowly reduce your portion size, as well as slowly cut out junk food.
    “This week I am replacing soda with _____”
    “Next week I am replacing cheetos with ____”
    There are lots of flavored foods that are healthy for you.
    If you cave a little bit, and eat junk food, it’s okay, just don’t go overboard… But at least try something healthy, like fruit, instead, see if that doesn’t fill you up, while making you feel better. Soon you will want fruit instead of junk food.
    Fill your house up with healthy foods.
    Drink water when you are feeling a little hungry inbetween meals; if you are still hungry after a glass, you know it is true hunger, not just boredom or you thinking you have a craving.
    Get someone, a friend you know or make, to help you out when you are feeling unmotivated.
    And some general tips for helping your stomach muscles all the time:
    sit up straight,
    walk with your shoulders back, and spine aligned straight down, all the way to your tail bone.
    When you walk, (don’t exagerrate this, no one should notice) lead with your hips.
    This all helps to keep your stomach muscles stretched out and flattened, making your stomach look flatter, along with actually working out.
    Also,

    The right kind of bra will lift your chest and make your stomach appear flatter. Also, go to a jean store and have a worker help you pick out the most flattering pair of jeans for your figure.
    But all this aside, I honestly think that you are normal, and probably look good. I’d tell yourself everyday that you are beautiful, because am sure you are. And being size 00 isn’t everything.

    You should try http://www.sparkpeople.com it is free. They give you meal plans,and fitness plans. Tells you how many calories you need to eat and burn each day to reach your weight loss goal. It is such a great diet and fitness website. I lost 6 lbs the first week. My user name is jellybean72808 add me.

    I’d suggest the South Beach Diet. Belly fat can be a sign of insulin resistance. Eating sugar and white flour really makes that worse. On the South Beach Diet you cut all of that out!
