I train 4-5 times a week, running 3-6 miles, circuits and weights so training is not a problem but sticking to a clean diet is where i fall flat after a week or so…i am prepared to do this for 2-3 months as im sure results would come in this time

I’ve tried everything,and honestly, i don’t have time to count calories.How does a low-carb diet work? Has anyone tried it? Does anyone know a list of low-carb foods to help me off to a good start?
