low fat diets arent good for u , your body needs some fats
certain fats actually help with weight loss, low fat diets are one of the biggest cons about dieting and fitness
of course stay away from trans and limit saturated ( hello heart attack) but not all fats. Fats dont make u fat.
stay away from simple carbs and sugars, theres ur #1 fattening enemy

I am against low fat diets for a variety of reasons.
