You sound like you’re trying to stick to a kind of Atkins type plan- I think you should rethink this. On a veggie/low meat diet, it is really difficult to do this without resorting to a ton of eggs and cheese and although some Atkins devotees insist this is fine, you still end up with more saturated fat than is considered healthy. I think you should ask to see a dietician- because you’re TTC you have more dietary concerns than the average Jo and aside from any Atkinsesque concerns you really need to make sure you’re eating a healthy diet. What you’re eating now (as you describe in your details) is not a balanced diet and you need to consider that as important as losing weight.

Then my best advice would be to see a dietitian for a healthy vegetarian diet plan.
Anytime the topic
of discussion in my blogs, articles or newsletters has turned to my own
personal grocery shopping list, there has always been a spike in interest.
The phrase, "negative
calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and
books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest
than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of
calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy
available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained
in the food.
By now, most people
realize that adding lean muscle mass to your body does wonders for your
metabolism and fat loss, as well as a host of other benefits that allow
you to live out your life as healthy as possible.
In order to reap the
benefits from the intense exercise I recommend to my Fat Burning Furnace
students, you must get adequate rest. I cant stress this fact enough.
In fact, rest is just as important, if not more important that the actual
exercise.
