    You’ll probably have a hard time finding a diet online for free, so here’s a rule of thumb that I think is even better then following someones particular plan. If you want to stick to a low carb diet keep the total carbs for the day between 15 and 25 grams. You will have to look at the nutritional information on packages which you’ll eventually have to do anyway. Most protein is found in meats which tend to be carb. free. You still have to look at the labels though. Most veggies are low in carbs, keep in mind the starchy veggies like peas and corn, potatoes, will be high in carbs. For a female you don’t want to go lower than 1200 calories a day but the standard is 1500 calories a day to loose weight. So just keep your calories to 1500 and your carbs to 15-25 and you should see some great results. Good luck to you

    here it is: my interpretation of the South Beach diet, which is really only about $12 in paperback, but if you really want free…
    Don’t eat things that turn into sugar quickly in your blood stream. That will only cause you to be hungry and crave more sugar.
    First two weeks:
    breakfast – eggs, poached or scrambled with very little oil in pan, v8 or spicy v8
    mid-morning snack: low-fat mozzarella stick or slice of turkey
    lunch: mcDonald’s salad with the light balsamic dressing, or something like this
    dinner: lean meat, lots of veggies
    desert: diet jello – anything made with splenda
    After that, until you’ve lost all the weight you want:
    add fruits (in order from best): blueberries, strawberries, any berries, apples, pears, bananas. Avoid pineapple
    add starches, but carefully. If you start to get cravings, cut back on the portions of these: sweet potatoes, brown rice, 100% whole wheat bread with no sugar in the ingredients. NO white potatoes, white rice, or white bread.
    desert: semi-sweet dark chocolate, small portions
    That’s pretty much it.
