Im 26 years old and going to get married withing 3 month.I like to reduce my tummy and hip fat.My hip size is 32.MY height is 5′1″.My body size is 36-32-38.My tummy fat is more so it look odd when i wear jean n short tops.

Crounches 30 reps
Sit ups 30 reps
Mile run (when you are done with running don’t you dare sit down lol.. Just walk around till your heart rate turns back to normal because you don’t want cramps in the morning!)
