Whats The Best Easy Eating And Exercising Diet Plan For Weight Loss Results?

im 5″3, weigh 130lbs and currently wear size 12 (uk) clothes, but i would like to get back to an 8/10
what is a sensible diet that could help me lose weight quickly, and what exercises are best and easiest to do with a busy schedule?

    These are the things that I have done for me to lose weight. I hope these things can also help you.
    Food:
    Try reducing your meat intake such as beef, pork and chicken.
    Try eating more fruits, vegetables and fish
    Drinks:
    Less intake of sodas/carbonated drinks and juices.
    More on fresh fruit juices, especially water.
    Try to excercise regularly. Spend at least 30 minutes. Try briskwalking then jogging maybe 1-2 miles or more if you can.
