    There is no successful diet plan and exercise to get rid of belly fat. Fat accumulation on the waist is common for people over 40 years of age. It is because of their basal metabolic rate begins to decrease. Once the fat sits in the belly, it is hard to remove. Prevention is better than cure for belly fat.
    So your should watch your calorie intake and your calorie burning. Please note that a gram of fat contains 9 calories and a gram if carbohydrate or protein contains only 4 calories. The best way to burn your calorie is aerobic exercise, such as running, swimming, cycling, and brisk walking. Develop your muscles with push-up, sit-up, and weight lifting should also be done because the muscles are the best place to burn the calorie.

    do some crunches WHILE WATCHING TV it totally gets yoyur mind off of the crunches and onto the tv
