I Need A Diet Plan, Im Eating Junk Food!?

I need help, im 14, 11stone and 5′8……….
i need a good diet plan….
healthy……..
excersies……
im skipping breakfast……
i eat lunch but then when i come home from school im always hungry…….
i eat again at 5:00pm
the again at 8:00pm
…..and all i eat is junk food……
i want a simple, affective routine!!!!

    Step 1 – stop eating junk food.
    Step 2 – eat breakfast. Try 1 cup yogurt (plain, 2% fat) mixed with 1/2 cup oatmeal (plain, dry). You don’t have to cook that, and it’s ready instantly.
    Step 3: Eat a piece of fruit halfway through the morning, and halfway through the afternoon.
    Step 4: Stick with chicken/fish and veggies for lunch and dinner.
    Step 5: Drink a gallon of water (about 4 liters) per day.
    Get up in the morning and run for 30 minutes.
    You’ll be fine.

    ok well
    breakfast:granola bar
    lunch: a turkey sandwich on weat with a side salad and cheese stick with a water
    dinner:what ever you mom cooks
    dessert:fruit
    for snacks: granola bars or cheese sticks or fruit
    only drink water
