Yes i i know exercise is cheaper but i plan on doing that anyway.. I’ve done both weight lose in the past but i can’t remember which was cheaper(as far as food)… Both require different foods..

I do cardio every day for 1.5-2 hours (either on the elliptical or running) and I lift weights about 3 times a week (giving myself at least a days rest in between each weight training session). I don’t switch up exercises very often.

I say eating plan and not diet because diet sounds restrictive. How often do you allow yourself a treat (under 150cals, ex: frozen yogurt cone or 100cal snack) when eating right and working out. I don’t want to undo all that running on the treadmill.
