Almost everything you ate is filled with complex carbs! Not good for weight loss.
Loose the frosted flakes and go with oatmeal. Plain and maybe add a scoop of peanut butter and a packet or two of artificial sugar.
Avoid bread except 100% whole wheat. If the package says “enriched wheat” then leave it. You need to look for stone ground.
Don’t completely skip dinner. Have a small salad or a snack.
You want to eat more, but things that are better and will raise your metabolism up. It’s not always how much you eat, but what you eat.

well for one you are probably eating less carbs than you are suppose to secondly thats not healthy frosted flakes is full of sugar, eat some eggs or something you NEED to add protein to your diet and you NEED to start eating dinner, you are basically starving yourself. if you really want to lose weight i would suggest you start doing this diet. its HEALTHY and it actually works, its called the cabbage soup diet (no this is not an advertisement) my dad has been on it and he lost 15 lbs in ONE week. this is a type of diet that you can only stay on it for ONE week at a time and you have to be off of it for 2 weeks in between. but lemme tell ya it works. AND its not starving yourself. BUT you also have to follow the diet because it is very strict on what you can and cannot eat for each day of the week…
    here are tips for you
    # Follow the diet religiously.
    # Drink at least 4 glasses of water per day
    # Keep in mind that it’s only seven days
    # Complement the diet with a good multivitamin tablet
    # Print the information on this site so you can refer to it daily
    # Eat plenty of soup – as much as you want! Do not try to starve yourself or you’ll probably cheat and break the diet
    # Try different spices to liven up the soup and add varietyhttp://www.cabbage-soup-diet.com/recipe.…
this link will show you the recipe on how to make the soup ( which doesnt taste bad at all in my opinion its really good)
this is what you need to eat each day at a time. you cannot subsitute any food with something else if you dont like it. BUT you can always eat as much cabbage soup as you like on every day.
    Day One:
    * Eat only fruit, all the fruit you want except banana.
    * Drink unsweetened tea, black coffee, cranberry juice, and water.
    * Eat as much soup as you like.
    Day Two:
All you want – fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables of your choice. Stay away from dry beans, peas, and sweet corn. Reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter for dinner. Eat as much soup as you like but no fruit for today.
    Day Three:
Combine days one and two, eat as much fruit, vegetables, and soup, as you like but no baked potato.
    Day Four:
Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.
    Day Five:
You may have 10-20 ounces of beef (300-500g) and a large tin or up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once today. You may eat broiled or baked chicken (skinless) instead of beef. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef.
    Day Six:
Eat beef and vegetables today. You can even have two or three steaks if you like, with fresh vegetables or salad. NO BAKED POTATO. Eat your soup at least once.
    Day Seven:
Eat all you want of brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices, and vegetables. Be sure to eat your soup at least once to day. No bread, alcohol, or carbonated beverages, not even diet soda.
i hope this helped because you are on your way to a non healthy diet….and i am only posting this because this works AND is healthy AND you dont starve yourself….
