    Breakfast:
Choose from the following: MAKE SURE TO EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST
    egg (1)
    toast (1 slice) or Bagel
hot oatmeal (look for the stuff with the least additives and other crap)
    Orange Juice
    Green Tea
    Yougurt
    Cheese
    Cream Cheese
    breakfast steak
    Fruit
    I do not recommend:
cereal with milk (cheerios, special K etc) you’ll be hungry in an hour
Ham and other processes meats, sausage bacon etc – it’s bad for you
Sweets – it will give you a sugar high and then a sugar low if you have it 1st thing in the AM
Snack: Fruit, cheese, yogurt, oatmeal bar
Lunch: Soup, Sandwich, if you have a salad have it with grilled checken and and/or half a soup or half a sandwich. No soda. or have a medius size portion of meat and potatoes ot chicken and pasta (less meat + more carb). Try to eat steamed veggies too.
    Snack: same as before
Dinner: More meat + Less carb + veggies. Fish, chicken, beef, lamb, veal; potatoes, pasta, rice, buckwheat
Pork is not that good for you. Fish and veal are best.
Basically you must have a good breakfast. small snacks between meals. Eat regular food during the day – you have to have carbs and fats in moderation. Don’t eat the whole portion in restaurants (2/3 is about what you should eat). No soda, no french fries, no fried food (KFC etc), If you want something sweet have an applie turnover or chocolate (pref. dark) don’t eat junky sweets (pop tarts, gummy bears etc) Drink plenty of water and green tea.
    Best of luck to you!

lots of fruits and veggies, than whole grain products, has to be whole grain to fill you up and keep you full longer, low fat dairy products and lean white meat, such as chicken breast and fish or even soy products such as tofu. high in protein, low in calories.

lean meat, vegtibles, fruit, and some 100% whole grains, and that is it.

Eat whatever you like. Just LESS OF IT.
    – and –
Exercise more than you have been!.
    It’s just that simple.
    Eat less, exercise more. PERIOD.

Eat vegetables. Eat as much as you want. You can eat anything else you want as long as you stuff yourself with a couple salads every meal. Not that hard.

my friend! you don’t need a diet.
what you need is to stop reading the nonesense and try to eat less and be a bit more active because that’s truly the most effective way to loose weight.

when you feel hungry drink water.. sometimes we tend to confuse hunger with thirst

Watch your fat and calorie intake and watch your carbs after 4pm.
It is better to eat carbs after you just worked out or did some kind of strenous activity, it helps burn the carbs faster instead of having them turn into fat!!
