I need a high carb diet for lifting can someone give me a daily diet plan for 500 grams of carbs a day?

    eat loads of breads and fruits. one medium sized bagel easily gives you 60g of carbs. Drink milk too, each glass has about 15g as well and milk is full of protein too.
