How Do You Recover From A Low Carb Diet ?
after i am done my 2 week low carb diet i am going on weight watchers to help continue to control my eating.will i still gain alot of weight and i’m still planning on loosing more weight on weight watchers over the next couple months.will i gain some weight the first couple days on weight watchers- is there any other thing i can do after the low carb diet to make me ajust to eating carbs again better? do not answer if your answer is i can’t do it – because i can and i know it . just answer my question or dont say anything at all .( i am 15 / 140.5 lbs / 5′2 ) also if you have the time to answer another question i’ve just lost 7 lbs on my first week of low carb dieting on my second week could i possibly lose more , how much water should i be drinking to make me lose more weight .. if you have any suggestions please share/
You should not gain weight on weight watchers. Research shows that diets that work do so because they restrict calories whether by limiting certain foods or going by points whatever…What may happen is that when you reintroduce some foods (carbs) you may eat more. Staying true to WW, especially following their guidelines and drinking water, eating your fruits/vegetables should keep you on track. Don’t let WW just be about following core or points DO THE HEALTHY GUIDELINES. Now, if you have had fewer cravings because you are eating low carbs, try and follow the same pattern with WW. As to water, I have heard that you should take your weight in pounds and divide it in half. That is the number of ounces of water you should drink each day. Below I cite my source for that….
