Whats A Good Diet/exercise Plan For Someone Interested In Gaining Muscle And Losing Fat On The Chest Area?

manboobs and pot belly, want rid for summer. I want to put on a lot of muscle too as i intend to be joining the police in a few years. (like to think ahead :P ) any advice?

    First I would suggest the three main whole body lifts, the dead lift, the squat, and the bench press. These three exercises are what the old timers used to put on a lot of muscle. Than I would add in some shoulder, back and arm exercises to help tone up the supporting cast for a huge chest. You do not want to be the person at the beach with a huge chest, no back, no arms, and chicken legs. Start lifting M,W,F.
    Use cardio on T,TH,S to help to reduce your body fat so that your muscles show at least 1/2 an hour a time.
