My plan is to stay under 1000 calories per day.
Breakfast= I dont eat.
Lunch= Sandwich (290 calories)Chips (130)Soda(100)Water(0)
Dinner= Soup (200) Water(0)
Snack= Two 100 calorie packs (200) Usually 1 after lunch, 1 after dinner.
