Can You Give Me A Diet Plan For A Range Between 1000-1500 Calories?
Maybe something you tried, i want the daily eating plan… Less than 1350 cals a day preferred but it’s okay if it’s over that… Maybe you can give me some tips too… Thank you! (i know the water…)
dont count calories
if you choose a full glass of water
veggies 5
fruits 3
and whole grain 5=6
low fat dairy 3
each day it will cover all your daily needs and for weight loss add at least 55-60 min. of workout a day i.e. uphill walking
