Can Anyone Recommend A Diet Or Healthy Eating Plan That People With Hypothyroidism Could Follow.?

Basically reduce carbs, increase fiber, and avoid soy.
The most important part of losing weight while hypothroid are thyroid levels. If you are on T4 (Synthroid, Levoxyl, etc) then you need the morning TSH around 1.0 for weight loss to happen. If you are on a T4/T3 med like Armour, you need the Free t4 at least midrange and the Free T3 high in range.
