how can u speed it back up again without gaining weight? how long would it take?
example diet plan: (eating 1000 calories or less for two weeks/ exercise every other day for a school sport for two hours)

    Your metabolism has probably slown because of the low calories AND the amount of activity. Without knowing your height, etc., it’s hard to know what amount of food you should be eating. You should always eat fruit and vegetables, eat enough lean protein and probably taken a multivitamin.

    I’d say the best thing to do in this case is concentrate on strenght training. Strength exercise increases both your passive metabolism (through the increase in muscle tissue, which is metabolically active) and temporary metabolism rate (the so-called afterburn effect, which can last up to 24 hours after exercise).
    By the way, 1000 calories a day is really low – I strongly recommend upping that a bit. As you said, metabolism slows down as a result of a low-calorie diet; the other problem is that your body goes into starvation mode, saving up what energy it can in the form of weight.     well im not sure.ive been trying to do it and i think it might be back up.it did cause me to gain 5lbs but thats not worth a slow as **** metabolism
