What Happens To Excess Proteins Consumed In Regular Diet Plan , They Turn Into Fats Or Get Excreted?

If i replace carbohydrates with pulses / beans ( other proteins full diet ) , what happens to excess proteins cosnumed in lunch or dinner . Does body excrete them or turn them into fat ?

    Dr Lothar Wendt has a protein theory which says excess protein in the body gets stored wherever it will be accepted, usually in tendons, ligaments, cartilage and joints. That can be dangerous and leads to degenerative diseases in old age. Check into it…
