I’m not fat either but I worry about my diet – more a health thing than weight. I am a bit of a snackaholic which leaves me feeling a bit sheepish and guilty a lot of the time even though I’ve got friends that kill for my body shape. Kind of like being polluted.
Any way getting round to the answer – you’ve got to look at your daily and weekly routine and work out the points where you’re just eating for the sake of it or just out of habit. Then make one change (an improvement obviously) to the routine but reward yourself for doing it by not feeling guilty about anything else you eat. After a while the change you’ve made will become second nature and you’ll be ready to make another little change but take it slow – take months over each step if you need to because the idea is to change patterns of behaviour that have built up over many years.
    Good luck.
