Diet Plan For Working Out?
been working out for over a year now. however no matter how hard i try i cannot seem to lose body fat around my abdominals and waist. Just wondering if anyone can write me a strict diet plan Mon to Sun.
Eating vegies and fruits doesnt bother me, just dont know exactly how much, how ofetn and what time of day i should be eating what? Can anyone help. Im prepared to follow anything even goin on a carb fee diet.
create a food log for yourself and track everything you eat over the course of a couple of days. take a look at your log and try and find 500 calories that you don’t need like soda, chips etc. cut out 500 calories per day and you will loose a full pound of body fat per week.
Diet soda and water…. That’s really all you can eat
