Depends on beverages you are drinking. If you are talking about sodas or Energy drinks Yes there could and probably is too much sugar. If i replace carbohydrates with pulses / beans ( other proteins full diet ) , what happens to excess proteins cosnumed in lunch or dinner . Does body excrete them or turn them into fat ?
i do not eat meat or meat substitutes such as tofu etc, i do eat fish but struggle to eat healthily i need a diet plan not to lose weight just to be healthy and get all my nutrients etc, any advice or links would be greatly appreciated.
