I Weigh 95kg And 24yrs Of Age . I Have Planned A Low Calorie Diet And I’m Going To Swim For An Hour Per Day .?

I want to know whether i could achieve my goal by doing this . And i’m also afraid whether i would become bulgy like men by building muscles by swimming .

If your goal is to lose weight; then yes, you can achieve your goal this way.
Keep in mind, though, that a Calorie (in this context) is a unit of food energy. The more vigorous your lifestyle is, the more food energy you’ll need to sustain yourself. So if you find that you’re too tired to swim for an hour every day, then you may not be acquiring enough food energy, in which case you’ll need to make adjustments to your diet.
Also, people generally don’t get “bulgy” and bulky muscles by swimming. Swimming is a form of resistance exercise, which serves to tone your muscles over time. That is, they make the shape of your muscles appear more defined over time. Building muscle mass requires “explosive” weight training (e.g. with barbells, dumbbells, etc.). Since (I’m assuming) you’re not weight training, you won’t build a lot of muscle mass, which means that you generally won’t get bulky muscles.

I would take the other commenter’s advice with a grain of salt. Calorie calculators are not 100% accurate, and shouldn’t be treated as such. Many online calorie calculators that justify their methods and calculations only calculate the number of calories for a basal metabolic rate (i.e. the number of calories used up JUST for being alive). If you’re doing any walking, socializing, and thinking (e.g. problem solving), then you’ll burn up significantly more than 2000 Calories per day. Other online calorie calculators that account for more daily activities don’t justify their methods and calculations; and are therefore, unreliable. Many other factors affect calorie expenditure (often indirectly), and are generally not considered by these calculators including, but not limited to: mental stress, cold/heat stress, and sleep deprivation. Besides, even if you knew how many calories you’re spending on a daily basis, knowing how much you’re consuming is not always possible.

Don’t worry, you won’t. I have been swimming for 4 years and my muscles are not noticeably bigger, although my shoulders are a bit broad. What you need to do is figure out how many calories you are burning per day. You can find an online calculator, or just estimate. For swimming for an hour, you will (depending on how often you take breaks) probably burn about 500 calories. Judging by your weight and age, living alone will burn about 2,000 calories. That makes 2,500 calories per day. 1 lb of fat is 3,500 calories. I’m sorry, I don’t know about kgs. If you want to lose 1 lb per week, then you need to eat 2,000 calories. If you want to lose 2, then eat 1,500. But don’t go under 1,300 or your body could go into starvation mode and then not burn as many calories and make it harder to lose weight!
