No matter what infomercials you see on the tv, the most effective way is to eat right, watch your portions, and to excercise.
To get rid of belly fat, crunches alone won’t do it. You need cardio in your excercise routine to burn fat, and then ab toning excercises to build your ab muscles. To get good legs, walking or running are good leg toners, plus good cardio work outs.

    The “best” diet is Kimkins and our results prove it — but it’s only for serious dieters.
    You might check out easier diets like Weight Watchers. They offer a lot of variety (in exchange for slower weight loss). The membershipis more expensive than Kimkins.com but some people pay it.
