rotate your protein: throw in some fish, maybe a bit fo tofu if ur up to it. When u have ur lettuce, rotate the vegetables u put with it: mushrom, capsicum, celery, cucumber, etc
Rotate fruit with rockmelon, berries, pawpaw…all acceptable on lo carb
for snack, a small amount of nuts or seeds like pepitas, sunflower seeds, brazil nuts, etc
Some yoghutrt is fine, no need to get lo fat cause they normally add sugar to it, but make sure its not flavoured.
Hot sauce…well, have to check the label to see how much sugar in it
    good luck

You need to eat more fruits and veggies etc. The diet you are on is very unhealthy.

Try adding nuts. Don’t add too many. All you need is a few to keep you from getting hungry.
You need a bigger variety of foods for sure.
Check out this article for eating tips. It’s better than so called health magazines.http://www.discover.com/issues/feb-04/fe…

You need grains. You are going to get very sick. Speak to a doctor and a dietician.

You aren’t getting enough carbs thats why you feel hungry.Kerneled corn worked for me.It quenches my hunger but digest as only a little carbs per volume, yet are keeping “space in my tract” A little false butter is cool on top. Yogurt is ok.Hot sauce is a drop in the bucket, perfect for diets.Keep in mind you are with little sweets,so you atleast have to have some starchy foods like corn. You gonna end up with the shakes if you are running on your diet when you exercise.Try tomatoes and mangoes in your fruit volley.

Try some tuna fish with little mayo or just mustard… you need more veggies… do salads with fat free dressing (they have some really good ones now) eat low fat cottage cheese, Quaker mini rice cake snacks, oranges are great, stay away from bananas, grapes are good fiber… bbq your chicken and use sugar free bbq sauce or marinates…best of luck to you!!

Apples contain carbs. You need variety! All dark green veggies are great for weightloss, Try eating white meat (chicken, ground turkey, egg whites, lite fish like talapia or trout) for 3or 4 days then have dark meat one day ( beef, tuna, salmon, pork, whole eggs) Depending on the amount of weight you need to lose is going to change the food quantities you need to lose weight properly. All adults need protein three times a day I doubt you are eating three chicken breasts a day so you are missing proteins that your body needs to burn fat. You should have 4-5 servings of veggies a day and 3-4 fruits ( melons, citrus, and berries are the best for weight loss)each day plus two to three SMALL servings of starchs (half of a potatoe, one slice of lite bread, 5-6 crackers each would make up one carb serving) Your body needs sugar but the natural kind if it doesnt come from a tree, bush, or vine for the most part dont eat it. Frozen (the individual chicken breasts have salt added be careful) and processed food is crap and it has mass amounts of salt which if you are weighing your self will affect the scale. You need to keep a BALANCED diet not a restricted diet.

You are not eating very healthy at all!! You need to get more protein and fresh fruits and veggies and some dairy in there or else you are going to get VERY sick. And any weight that you lose you will more than likely gain back, and then some, rather quickly.
The best thing to do is to see your doctor and get a consultation with a dietician/nutritionist. They can help you choose a diet and foods that will work best for you while still maintaining a healthy balance.

This is really long, I know, but I took a long time to type it – just stick with me if you can!
Oh my goodness, that diet plan is no good. Of course you’re hungry! I’m hungry just reading about it!!! Where are you supposed to be getting your nutrition from?! Lettuce will do absolutely nothing for you, and an apple as a snack will just raise your insulin levels, causing a quick burst of sugary energy and then a sharp decline in energy – followed by hunger to correct this problem. This guy is AMAZING – he’s a doctor, and you’ll learn so much from his site http://www.drmirkin.com/
You need to be on something healthy that you can stick with. There is no point in depriving yourself, because you won’t be able to keep it up for life – and when you do finally give it up because it’s boring and you feel like you are depriving yourself you WILL gain weight again – perhaps more than you had to begin with. Trust me, I gained 50 lbs after eating like a regular person after eating nothing but veggie meats and apples for a year or so.
This is what you should do.
    a) exercise every day for at least 1/2 hour heavy cardio but preferably far more – as much as you can fit into your schedule and be happy with. Find something that you enjoy and stick with it (I confess, my method of choice is Dance Dance Revolution – a game which is fun, and exercises your mind too). Walk instead of driving when you can. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Keep weights by your couch and lift them from time to time. Do ab exercises and stretch every day. If you eat carbs, balance it with protein, but try to keep them the smallest component of your meal.
    b) Eat a health and balanced diet, but keep in mind your calorie intake. These sites will help you figure out what you should be eating, and DO NOT fall below 1200 calories or your body will think that it’s starving and find ways to make you fat AND you’ll be hungry.http://www.calorie-count.com/ – this site will help you to figure out how many calories you are consuming and keep trackhttp://www.nutrientfacts.com/ – has some of the nutrition information about foods which you may search for.http://www.siu.edu/~anderson/Images/port…
    c) pick the health version of everything. Restrict carbs AND fat when you can, but don’t let it consume you either. Here are some food suggestions. Buy small plates to help you pick good portion sizes. Taller glasses will trick your brain into thinking that you are drinking more (if you must drink juices). Avoid ALL processed flour foods/white foods -anything except for whole grain. Be very mindful of how much oil you use and cheese you consume. Eat the things which you love, but eat smaller portions, and fill the rest of the plate with veggies in various forms.
    ————————————–…
    Some suggestions….
    1) green beans for snacks – eat your heart out
    2) salted steamed soy beans (edame) -eat your heart out – you can get them frozen in the grocery store
    3) lean meats -and if there is something which you really want but is fatty (like bacon) try the vegetarian alternative or just have a little.
    4) drinks won’t fill you up, so avoid filling your body with carbs from drinks. Water is the best, but if you must, drink crystal light, coke zero, or a small amount of milk. Tea is great – buy fancy kinds and drink your hearth out -milk in tea is ok, but don’t put sugar in it – same with coffee – your taste buds will improve.
    5) Some grocery stores and english candy stores have sugar free candies, and chocolate shops carry sugar free chocolate (but watch the fat and calories still). Pick some up from the occational sweet craving if you like candies.
    6) don’t snack on anything bready, even pretzels
    7) steam/roast veggies like CRAZY. Season with dill, garlic, salt seasoning (but not too much), basil, lemon juice -add a little feta and include some lean meat/fish – yum!
    8) hummous is good for you and yummy – full of protein
    9) fat free yogurt is great, but just keep an eye on the calories and get sugar free if you feel the need
    10) fat free jell-o
    11) flour free breads – such as Silver Hills brand Squirrelly bread
    12) mana bread
    13) brown rice
    14) fat free low cal salad dressing -make greek salad for example
    15) squash is very filling. You can eat spaghetti squash with cheese and tomato sauce and eat it instead of pasta if you wish
    16) avoid fruits as snacks. Only eat a small amount with a meal which includes protein so that your insulin levels don’t drop like crazy – or eat 1/4 apple with some cheese or nut butter of any type
    17) eating multi grain hot cereal for breakfast will really fill you up for a long time – it’s carbs, but it’ll make you less hungry during the day, and it’s good for you.
    18) eggs are good in moderation and filling
    19) add soy protein powder to juice for a filling snack
    20) spinach is SO good for you and filling when cooked – it’s great cooked with onions and some feta cheese (in small amounts of course)
    21) lentils – filling and good for you
    22) quinoa – fantastic and very filling – but have with protein too
    23) baked beans
    24) drink ensure if you need that extra kick of nutrition
    25) gensoy protein bars are yummy and good as a meal replacement, especially if you really want chocolate – the chocolate mint kind is awesome – don’t eat them too often though
    26) berries are generally quite low in carbs! Strawberries are actually pretty ok! Treat yourself! Throw in some ultra light or sugar free cool whip!
    27) earth balance butter is so much better for you than regular butter, it tasts JUST like butter and speads like a dream, and it doesn’t contain dairy either – still fatty, but in a better for you kinda way
    28) tofu dessert – great snack if you can handle tofu
    29) veggie burgers – very filling and low in everything bad for you if you don’t fry them
    30) a few nuts + cheese as a snack is very good for you
    31) fill your freezer with frozen veggies or various types
    32) SOUP!!! So filling and good for you. Just use common sense – don’t get cheese kind or super creamy ones. The gourmet kinds in cartons are usually really good.
    33) buy mini tubs of special icecream instead of large ones -only have a couple of spoons, and enjoy every bite – strong tasting gelati/sorbet is often the most satisfying
    34) unsweatened fruit cups are great – their portions are small -eat them with protein.
    ————————————–…
Phew I’m tired! Try this out for a while! Once you’re used to eating well and making good choices you won’t be hungry. I have lost 30 pounds just eating well but eating tons. My weight loss has slowed down, so now I’m stepping it up with watching my calories more and exercising (I usually just lie around all day doing nothing). It’s not hard.
