I Need A Good Diet Plan. I Really Need To Lose Stomach Fat!!!?

No diet pills,drinks,or special food…im to young. I have a dance bigger than the prom coming up.I want to look skinny and be skinny to get a date and look awesome in my dress!!! i need to lose stomach fat b4 feb.

    go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
    after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
    your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
    you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
    cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
    diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
    calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

    well.. i guess u goona start worknig on your abs such as sit ups or flutter kick (where by u raise both legs 2 45 degree and do a flapping motion.
    In additon, a diet with low sugar and fats might do the trick. say no to pills or any other forms of cosmetics enhancement as shld if fails (trust me sometimes it does) the effects can be irrevesible.
