i really need to lose weight , but i get sucked into eating junk food , anyone know a good diet plan , ? but i’m serious this time i even sign my self to a gym so help !!!!!
will power…the alternatives are sewing your mouth shut, or obesity, or lots of aerobic exercise. the only way to keep from gaining weight is burning the calories you eat. the excess is stored as fat.

i know how you feel ive been trying to loose weight for a long time now and i cant do it because of the junk food nd stuff i cnt resist my self but just dont skip a meal have breakfast a snack in the middle of breakfast and lunch . have lunch and anuva snack before dinner and after dinner treat yourself and dont go over the top and do more ecxercise and drink lots of water
hey good for you : ) I think the best thing is moderation. If you completely deny your self anything good… you will just end up over eating in the long run.
So every day I choose a small treat… I have a sweet tooth so it is almost always chocolate. The I try to make the best decisions all day.. fresh fruit over a sugary cereal make sure to get in all the veggies, whole wheat ect. Then have your treat.
It works really well to just changes some small habits then to diet.
Singing up for the gym was a great move… it will make you feel great and you will see results faster.
And the two best tips I have are 1) if you mess up..its ok just keep going the next day. 2) don’t keep the junk food in the house…no ones will power is that strong.

first for your cravings -
1. the reason you crave in the first place, is because something is missing in your diet. so do eat carbs, protein in moderation along with and vegetables.
2. My dietician swears by Glutamine powder for reducing cravings and also improving nutrient absorption.
here is what my dietician suggests – follow a practical diet. have a snack every three hours. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. Make sure your plate has this ratio – 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein.this will prevent cravings too. pick a exercise regime you like. stick to it. an occassional treat is OK.
