    You need fat in your body in order to live. A woman needs at least 11% body fat in order to menstrate and therefore be able to have children.
    Don’t let a bunch of anorexic American “celebrities” be the bar at which you set your standards for what is “normal”.

    Alot of people were hooked on the Atkins diet a few years ago but I believe it can be really bad for you (fry foods, alot of red meat and no Carbs!)
    The best type of foods to eat are Protein foods (Fish, white meat, Eggs etc)
