Vinegar On Low Carb Diet?

Hi, I have put on about 4 kilos over the winter and am keen to lose by summer so I don’t have to go buy an entire wardrobe! I am planning on doing a low carb high protein diet eating things such as lean meat, lettuce and lots of fish. I am wondering is balsamic vinegar okay? Or is red wine vinegar better?

They’re both fine. If lettuce is your main vegetable then try and go with romaine and not iceberg. Iceberg is pretty much useless as far as nutritional value.

Red wine vinegar is better. Less carbs. Balsamic has more sugar.

Both are fine but are u talking about a low carb like atkins etc- BAD really – read up on it it does more damage to your organs than alcohol! etc! Try a low carb use based on cutting out 1/2 of the carbs you take in regularly- 1 sand. = 1/2 Sand- etc- 1 cup potatoes=1/2 cup potatoes etc either way this will be better! Simple and you still get all you like !
