Low Carb Diet Questions: How Do These Meals Sound And When Will I Lose Weight?
Hello! I’m going to start a low carb diet tomorrow. It seems to have worked in the past and I’m trying to lose 10 lbs with light activity.
I need to lose the weight very fast for an event and can only eat 800 calories a day. I plan on eating tuna with low carb dressing, salads with egg whites, and fish and vegetables. No fruits or breads, obviously. After the first week, how much weight can I expect to have lost? How will the weight loss continue after that? And how do I avoid putting weight back on when I reintroduce carbohydrates into my diet?

you need to eat more calories in order to lose weight. the food you listed is great but you need to eat at least 1200 calories a day. (no more than 1400 or 1500.) you should lose about 2 pounds a week but the first week is usually more because of water weight.
Why not just eat healthy low carb food. The diet is healthy you know? There is no need to fear it. Enjoy it and eat the food on the diet. Tomorrow, I am having grilled steak with low carb cole slaw ( cabbage, slice avocado, full fat-sugarfree may dressing ). I was on a low-carb diet for 21 days and lost 15 lbs.
Drink plenty of water!!!
Eat small portion meals at least 5 times a day.
Nuts are great snacks during the day or a low-carb bar.
Although, I did drink green tea (lipton’s mango) with every meal.

I tried a diet like that and I lost 5 lbs. in a week. but drink a lot of water with this diet and that will help you also.
you probably won’t notice the weight lose for like 5 or 6 weeks even. but generall anywhere from 2 – 4 pounds a week with diet pills
