What Is A Good, Healthy Diet Plan?

So, I know I’m supposed to eat healthy, balanced meals and exercise . But I don’t know what that consists of. Every time people give me suggestions on how to eat, they give me a few meals and snacks. The thing is, I don’t want to eat the same thing day after day after day!
So basically, I need a good diet plan. What to eat, how much to eat, etc. Please be specific,
And by the way, I’m looking to drop about 10-20 pounds.

    Stay in food groups and alternate recipes, Fish (tuna is easy) lean meat. Fruit, all the green vegetables, wholegrain bread, brown rice, sweet potatoes, and always some type of exercise everyday.
