If U Create A Diet Plan , Eat Healthy But Have A Redbull For Lunch , Do U Loose Weight?

i started a diet where i eat breakfast, lunch is a redbull, and healthy dinner, i work out 30minutes, does taht help?

    make it a diet redbull and add some grains to your lunch and it sounds good to me.

    I would say even with a redbull you could easily lose weight, its pretty much just caffine and although that isnt great for you a red bull wont negate the weight burned from the workout.
