Hi, I’m 13, And On A Low Carb Diet.?

It seems entirely healthy and provides no health concerns on an adult body, but does anybody have any proof that it is harmful to the body of an adolescent? It is not carb free, but I only take in 40-60 carbs a day.
P.S. PLEASE do not give me anything about how young people should not diet. I am fat, have a plan, and plan to stick with this plan unless somebody can come up with a good, solid answer.
10 points to best one.

The best thing you can do is talk to your Dr. You want to make sure you are healthy enough to go on any diet since dieting can cause problems. Most importantly drink lots of water and exercise.

As long as you get more than enough protein, vitamins, and minerals, you won’t get stunted growth at all. Good luck loosing weight!

its not unhealthy, adults only tell you to not diet cuz they want you to grow tall and food helps you grow tall.
