I Need A Fitness And Diet Plan To Lose 10 Pounds Of Fat By April 15th.?

I’m 13 years old, but by the 15th of April, I will be 14. My class and I are going on a Washington DC 4 day trip. This includes a hotel with a pool…ugh haha
I’m currently approx. 120 lbs and 5′ 3 1/2″ with 18.9% body fat
What is the most effective way of losing 10 lbs of fat (total body) in 3 months
No vitamin supplements or pill suggestions please.
Can you write up a plan please, and list your source?
Only answer if you know what you’re talking about :) I don’t want to lose weight the unhealthy way.

    First off for your height and weight and BMI of 18.9% you sound like you are already in really good shape and don’t need to loose any weight but if you really are trying to then the best and only tried and true way is to watch your diet and exercise. Weightlifting will will help build more muscle will will burn more calories. And when I say weightlifting I don’t mean the major machines at the gym. You can just do little stuff that goes a loan way at home with dumbbells. To watch your diet try using sparkpeople.com. They have some excellent tools, meal plans, and exercises.

    I would suggest getting “The Diet for Teenagers Only”. It’s a diet that shows teenagers how to loose weight the healthy way – by eating right and exercising. It’s good because you can keep the tips for life. Go to your local bookstore/library and check it out!
