Can You Help Me With My Diet Please?

I’ve been doing Slimming World but haven’t seen great results, mainly because I need something much more structured to stick to :]
Can anyone give me a healthy, low fat, low sugar, lowish carb diet plan of under 1500 calories per day?
I’m looking for something specific rather than “fruit, veg and meat” though, I don’t eat much meat but I do eat fish quite happily.
I also hate apples lol, and I’m quite fussy with most fruit but I love veggies :]

    in order to lose weight, i know this sounds funny, but you have to eat!
    normally you should eat 2,000 calories a day no matter what.
    if you want to lsoe weight then eat 1500 but do not go below that.
    it is also not healthy to eat the same thing everyday because you cannot get the proper nutrition, so be sure to vary your healthy meals.
    make sure you incled all food groups. including grains, fats, veggies, fruits, dairy and meats and beans. Each one is a vital part of nutrition.try eating nuts, olive oil, etc. for healthy good fats, and whole grains for your grains.
    just eat when your hungry and stop when your full.
    or try eating small well balanced meals every 2-3 hours.
    but make sure to eat enough or your metabolism will slow down.
    eat healthy and regularly and youll be thin.
    anything else, you wont.

    Then go here, find how much u exercise, and multiply your result from the first test by these numbers. http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calcul…
    That number you get, is how many calories your body needs to maintain, aka keep the same weight.
    To lose weight, you simply need to eat less, Or exercise to where after you eat, your still under that number.
    Dont eat less than 1500 calories though!! It doesnt have to be all healthy, just eat healthy when u can, and watch them calories!
