Am I Under Eating By Following This Diet Plan?

About 15 minutes after i wake up i eat about 20 fresh cherries, on throughout the day. Then later in the evening i have a good amount of cucumbers (like half of a full cucumber cut up) with 2 sprays of that asian silk spray dressing wich is only 2 calories for 2 sprays. sometimes i will see my family eating dinner like burgers and i will make my mom give me 3 bites. (but i try not to). I also usually have some other sort of fruit like an apple or an orange or a pare. am i under eating? and will i get fat by eating like this? i drink plenty of water throughout the day.

    Fruit is good for you. But its full of fructose (sugar). You need to eat a balanced diet and ingest more calories per day. You’re brain needs carbs for function. If you feel tired during the day you are definitely not getting enough calories. I’m worried about your diet. You will actualy lose more weight by eating a balance diet, smaller and more frequent meals than on this diet plan you’re on.

    Try to fit in no fat milk and no sugar corn flakes
