How Many Carbs For A Lower Calorie Eating Plan?

How many carbs a day for a 1400 calorie eating plan (I don’t like the word diet LOL)? I know for 2000 calories its 300. Thanks for the help.

    Wow. Where are you getting 300 on a 2000 calorie diet?
    That’s 15% so, if you were trying to maintain the 15% on 1400, you’d need 210.
    That’s really low on carbs though. 30% is a good percentage based on what I have read…
