lol i use the in and out when i’m like i am right now 3 am almost and i woke up and i’m in right now hoping to be out real soon but yeas take your body like a temple the way you eat affects the outcome natrual like ur eatting is a good weay not to feel nasty and dirty inside and gives you plenty of benefits like cancer reducing and healthy vitamins and nutrients to enjoy now doesn’t mean that all food is created equal just that the food you put in your body has an effect and as good it is to variatize which you do because i see what you eat and when you decide to change. thats good way to maintain a steady metabolism… so keep eatting naturl and organic like me and your on a path to success !!! :)

Its great having a big range of fruits, veggies and whole grains etc
Tofu is very nutritious, its full of calcium, protein and loads more good stuff, so keep eating that =].
Its also important to know when to eat, because if you fill you body up any time of day, your plan wont be very balanced, so have a good breakfast, a good lunch and a good dinner!
all those foods you listed are great, and it sounds like your getting all the right nutrition, so keep at it!!!
Hope this helps and good luck!!!!!

The one thing that I would really check out to make sure that they are at least vegetarian/vegan is the calcium chews. I am not sure that they are vegetarian/vegan. There is also the issue with the sugar that is used in making them.
If your eating broccoli and such – your getting calcium from your foods already.

Sounds good to me- lots of vitamins, protein, iron, and whatever else is good for you. Omega-3’s are good too- olive oil has some, and salmon, tuna, and eggs. But it looks like you’re going vegan, so olive oil. Just a little will do you good. Just my opinion.

you dont have to stick to a food plan.
all you gotta do is drop desert and soda
    and start running…
thats all…if you do that…you can eat whatever you want.
