So Far Is This A Good Diet Plan?
I plan to eat like this (generally) from now on.
Today, I ate –
Breakfast – oatmeal w/ 1% milk & some honey for flavor
Lunch – half of a turkey & cheese sandwich (whole wheat bread) w/ a few carrots & a few peach slices
Snacks – organic yogurt, a few apple chunks w/ peanut butter
I also ate 2 nutter butters for my junk food cravings.
Is this a good diet?
Am i eating too much? too less?

Sounds pretty good except for the nutter butters, it’s a good idea to include things that you crave but maybe it shouldn’t be a DAILY thing?

I try to eat 6 meals a day b/c it jump starts your metabolism. Like the guy said earlier. breakfast snack lunch so on… For snack just have an apple or a fruit.
