Im 13 And I Need A Diet Plan Cause I Feel Really Fat.?
soo im 13 and i feel fat.
i weigh 135 but it varaies durng the day to olike 140 and so yeah. i really wanna weigh 120 but 125 would okay for me. so i wanna loose anywhere from 15 to 10 pounds. i think this would make me feel a lot better about myself and i think that this is what i need to make my life easier. i know you probably think im crazy 13 and wanting to loose weight but im really concerned about my weight and i need to know how to loose 10 to 15 pounds, any help?! cause i dont know what to do besides work out but i cant go to a gym cause i cant drive. so help me please.
go jogging outside for like 20-30 minutes a day. work on your abs to flatten your stomach. consume around 1500 calories a day. have small meals every 3 hours. im 14 btw and a guy.
Im 13 to but im not overweight. Seems like your a little depressed well the best way to lose weight/fat is cardio excercise- biking, walking, running, things like that and remeber to watch your nutrition but don’t go on a crash diet, it’s bad for youngsters lol.
