How Much Weight Can I Lose On This Diet Plan?
I’ve been eating 1200 calories a day (consisting of healthy, low fat, low sugar things) and working out on an elliptical for roughly 30 minutes 5 days a week. How much weight can I expect to lose in 4 months?

Ellipticals are great! I have one and do between 30-50 minutes 6 days a week & eating healthy low fat food too. Ellipticals are a great total body workout, without doing a ton of crunches my abs even look better.
To lose weight the healthy way you only want to lose 1-2 pounds a week any more than that is not healthy.
Hard to say – I think it’s safe to lose 1 kg a week so by that measure you could lose over 10 kg – if you stick to it. But judging from your photo you don’t need to lose that much weight.
EDIT: Sorry I meant you don’t need to lose any weight from that pic although maybe you could just tone up a bit which you will anyway.
ellipticals are good, and your diet plan seems fine, but an elliptical alone will not give you amazing results. you need a good full body workout that will burn calories, like cliometrics and what not
