Is This A Good Diet Plan? And If So How Much Weight Will I Lose In 3 Weeks If I Keep At This?

My diet plan is to walk/jog on that running machine for 1.5 hours 3-4 days a week. And then eat a small dinner. Like a granola bar or something.
And not to eat a heavy breakfast or dinner either.
I want to lose at least 20 pounds in 3 weeks.
Is it possible? Will it work?
I want to lose my thigh fat, belly fat, arm fat and face fat :D

    if you lose your weight fast and the wrong way (your way would be a prime example of the wrong way), you’re going to put the weight right back on.
    actually the working out part if good; it’s the eating part that is the problem.
    weight loss should be less than 2 pounds a week.
    try weight watchers. they have been proven to be the most effective in keeping the weight off once you’ve gotten to where you want to be. getting the weight off is easy. keeping it off is the trick.

    I had to lose five pounds in two weeks for prom, but I actually lost ten by doing this: What I did was I cut out all sugars and bread. You can have fruit, not too much and two whole grain slices of bread a day. Drink lots of water too, it is a really easy diet. I have also slimmed down before with meal replacements. 2 shakes a day> soy milk, protein powder, flax seed, bee pollen, natural yogurt, frozen berries. Both of these have worked in the past, just stick with a plan

    You should go with a whole grain for your early meal. Something like a Bulger or Quinoa (pronounced “Kin-Wah”) grain with fruit (add a bit of no fat milk and microwave for an oatmeal type meal).
    Carbs early in the day give you a good start especially if you are doing cardio.
    The rest of the day you should eat more often (every 3 to 4 hours) in small portions. Lean proteins combined with minimal carbs (no processed flour/ sugar) is your best bet.
    i.e 4oz fish with steamed veggies.
    i.e. whole leaf salad with grilled chicken
    Weight loss varies per person but if you try to cut out everything at once, the first time you binge all the weight will come back.
    Consistency is the key.

    this is not possiple for us to figure out without knowing your weight, height, age, and how many calories a day you are eating/ burning off.
    3,500 calories= a pound

    1)If you go from not much exercise to 1.5 hours per day you will get ill/injured.
    2)Forget about 3 weeks what about a year from now?

    um well thats bad that you want 2 loose 20 lbs in 3 weeks i would say the most you should do is 15 lbs….thats healthy but you should loose with your diet around 2-3 lbs per week
