What’s A Good Diet And Exercise Plan?

I’m 5′2 and about 115 lbs. I was wondering if there are any good diet plans that don’t involve a lot changes to my diet. Also what are some good exercise programs that don’t involve the gym or a lot of outdoor activity?
I don’t have a lot of time between school and work so quick tips for on the go activity would be helpful as well.
I’m not a vegan and don’t plan on becoming one so please don’t suggest any vegan diets. I eat small portions of a semi well-rounded diet already and don’t eat too many sweets but indulge every so often.

Weight Watchers looks like the perfect match for you. It’s very flexible and you can indulge every now and then. You can eat anything you want in moderate portions.
For your fitness program, I’d suggest you buy a book on home fitness. Or maybe some fitness dvd, so you can exercise at home when you have the time.
    Good luck!
