i do 7-9 excersise sessions a week, ranging from 2-3 hours a session
sports include: bikram yoga, squad swimming, and cardio and weights gym work

Apparently, my coach wants my teammates and I to go on a sugar-free, low-carb/low-cal diet. Is this even possible? If so, could you suggest a meal plan for me?

It seems entirely healthy and provides no health concerns on an adult body, but does anybody have any proof that it is harmful to the body of an adolescent? It is not carb free, but I only take in 40-60 carbs a day.
