Along wth half an hour exercise.
Do you think that would be good in getting results?

The most important thing to me is that the diet was designed by a nutrition professional. There are too many diets out there made by doctors with phds that have nothing to do with nutrition. Also, raw food diets are plagued by spiritual &#8220;gurus&#8221; who often don&#8217;t have any appropriate education in nutrition at all.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been on a low calorie diet for the past 4 months, and I&#8217;ve had success, but lately I&#8217;m have a bit of difficulty sticking with it.  In the past I&#8217;ve done the atkins diet and also had success, but couldn&#8217;t stick to it for more than a year.  Anyways, I was wondering if I would still lose weight if I cycled back and forth between the two, atkins for a month, then low calorie for a month.  Would there be any adverse effects.  Or would the low calorie not be as effective coming off of not eating any carbs?  My back ground information is that I did weigh 320 pounds, but have gotten down to 255, but I&#8217;ve stayed the same for the last month cuz I&#8217;ve not been able to follow the low cal eating plan I was doing.</p>
